What is the shelf life of ELOREA fragrances?
Our fragrances are formulated to maintain their integrity for up to 36 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all ELOREA products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrap.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
We highly recommend our Discovery Set, which includes samples of our signature scents and comes with a credit toward your first full-sized bottle purchase.
