We want you to be completely satisfied with your ELOREA purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances or skincare items that have been used or unsealed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original ELOREA box, ensuring all protective caps and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
